Paul is into complexity theory in a big way. His aim in life is to make Welsh organisations democratic, fun and enjoyable places to work. When we asked Paul what upsets him the most he had plenty to say. “My main grievance is reserved for managers, those individuals who are control freaks, status driven, teaching disordered, socially inadequate individuals who tend to ruin life for a large number of people, without being imprisoned or punished!
Oh yes, people who become sports referees on the weekend and ‘Planners’ or people who think they can tell the future… Nnnnooooooo!!!!! Also drivers who don’t use indicators…”
