Waterton Centre, Bridgend Wilf Marshall - Postponed
Overall organizational performance is a function of the culture which evolves within and around each organization. But organizations are complex adaptive systems so what evolves as an organizational culture has complex origins and is subject to the vagaries and changes caused by the unpredictability and ‘edge of chaos’ nature of these systems. This seminar explores the role of dialogue in building an appropriate performance culture within organizations. The seminar will draw on previous experiences in working with a hi-tech, hi-growth organization and on current challenges of working within a highly distributed organization.
