OVERVIEW Well, Britain has a new leader - tomorrow Gordon Brown will officially take the reins as Prime Minister. It's a new era in British politics - but is it also a new dawn for UK plc?
So just what does make a good leader? Someone inspirational? Someone confident enough to make bold decisions? Is it someone who cracks the whip, or someone who works as part of a team? Can the same person do both?
Some might argue that a future leader was born that way and showed early signs of their talent. Others, though, would say that a leader can be made; that with the right training and nurturing, most of us could inspire others to follow our lead.
On the eve of a change at the top, Wales@Work looks at the question of leadership and its role in the modern workplace. We'd like to know what you think - e-mail us at work@bbc.co.uk
