Prestige Training Ltd., an engineering and child-care training oranisation located in Pembroke, West Wales, have joined in partnership with DNA Wales in a DBA Project. The Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) project is being undertaken by Mr John Batten, a member of DNA Wales and Glamorgan University and is supervised by Dr. Paul Thomas. John is working with Prestige Training and applying complexity as an instrument in assessing sustainability and pursuing the organisations existence. John believes the key to Prestige’s long term existence is to evolve internally as well as externally. John therefore intends to challenge traditional management structures evident at Prestige which currently restrict as opposed to support the organisations evolution. Harnessing philosophies in complexity will enable Prestige Training Ltd. to move forward in uniting the skills and expertise of everyone in the organisation.
