The 1st DNA Wales Management Clinic was held on the 12th of March at the Waterton Centre. A group comprising seven members of staff from five companies participated in the clinic presented by Doctors Paul and Andrew Thomas. The aim of the clinic was to critically reflect on the current and future management roles within the respective companies.
Feedback from the group was extremely positive and as a result, a series of critical thinking projects are now being organised to run within each of the companies. DNA Wales would like to thank the participants and their sponsoring companies for their support and involvement.
