The latest event in the successful Business Club calendar took place this week.
Entitled “Success is achieved by ‘not managing’ follows on from recent events including an evening with former Dragon’s Den panellist Simon Woodroffe and presentations from First Minister Rhodri Morgan and Lord Richard Attenborough.
Taking place at the Ty Newydd Country Hotel on (Thursday May 17) morning from 8am the breakfast event questioned current management practice and explore innovative alternatives to traditional practices.
Dr Paul Thomas of the DNA Wales network lead the event and argued that current business plans and targets actually set limits on the ability of businesses.
