DNA Surveys  | DNA Action Research

Through the DNA Wales Online Research Centre and in-company research activities, we are drawing insights about human perceptions of the systems within which we work and live. To help explore human-social systems we have developed a number of indicators and diagnostic tools to measure and draw insights about agent connectivity, communication, trust, creativity, knowledge, learning and leadership in social systems. We also engage in interactions with agents in the system to gather deep rich insights into the human-social system within which we live and work.

DNA Wales Surveys

A key disagnostic tool we use to gather initial insights about the sustainaility of an organisation (or industry) from a human-systems perspective is the DNA Wales Organisational Sustainability Survey or 'The DNA Wales Health Check!'. DNA Wales surveys can be further customised to organisational needs.
