Wales’ Leadership and Governance Centre Launched

The Welsh Research Unit for Governance and Leadership (WRUGL) was launched by Andrew Davies (AM) at Wales Millennium Centre in October.

Paul Thomas is Co-Director of WRUGL and sees synergy with WRUGL and DNA Wales in that “both aim to challenge the way that organisations view leadership and the processes that surround it.”

DNA is an acronymfor deoxyribonucleic acid.
Why the name DNA?
The DNA appellation was used purposely as a direct link to Ricardo Semler’s DNA Brazil thinking group. The purpose of DNA Wales is to change the genetic makeup of Welsh Managers enabling the evolution of attitudes to ensure a sustainable competitive advantage.
